Privacy Policy
KirtiFlow helps you research, write, review, and schedule LinkedIn content. This policy explains what information we handle to provide that service and the choices available to you.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to KirtiFlow, the KirtiFlow website, application, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here. KirtiFlow is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, authentication details, workspace membership, and preferences.
Content and voice information. We collect prompts, source material, drafts, edits, approvals, publishing settings, brand assets, and the writing preferences or voice profile you choose to provide.
LinkedIn information.If you connect LinkedIn, we receive the profile and authorization information made available through LinkedIn's OAuth permissions, including the account identifier needed to publish content you explicitly approve. We do not collect your LinkedIn password.
Payment information. Payments and subscription management are handled by our payment provider. KirtiFlow receives transaction, subscription, and billing-status information, but does not store full payment card numbers.
Usage and device information. We may collect IP address, browser and device type, approximate timestamps, pages or features used, error details, and service logs to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, personalize, maintain, and improve the Service;
- research topics and generate drafts or media at your direction;
- publish or schedule content only when your settings and approval authorize it;
- process subscriptions, credits, invoices, and support requests;
- detect abuse, protect accounts, troubleshoot failures, and meet legal obligations; and
- send transactional messages and, where permitted, product updates you can unsubscribe from.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private drafts or voice profile to create a public profile about you or to sell advertising.
4. When we share information
We share information only as needed to provide the Service: with infrastructure, storage, email, analytics, AI, search, media-generation, payment, and error-monitoring providers; with LinkedIn when you connect an account and authorize an action; with workspace members you invite; or when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. Our service providers may process information only under our instructions and applicable agreements.
5. AI-assisted features
KirtiFlow sends the content needed for a requested feature to the model or search provider that powers that feature. We configure providers to process that information to return results for you and to apply contractual protections where available. Review generated content before publishing; you remain responsible for the content you approve and publish.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as your account is active, as needed to provide the Service and resolve disputes, and for the period required by law. We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted connections, and least-privilege service access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can review or update account information, disconnect LinkedIn, manage communications, export available workspace data, or request deletion by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where the law allows or requires it.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
KirtiFlow uses necessary cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember preferences, and make the Service work. We may use limited analytics technologies to understand product performance. You can control cookies through your browser, though disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service or applicable law changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice where required.
