Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and KirtiFlow governing your use of the KirtiFlow website, application, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and it.

2. The Service

KirtiFlow helps you research topics, draft posts and media, review changes, and schedule or publish content to LinkedIn. KirtiFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. Some features rely on third-party AI, search, and media-generation providers; features and availability may change as those providers change.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and workspace. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Connecting LinkedIn

If you connect a LinkedIn account, you authorize KirtiFlow to access and use it only as permitted by the scopes you grant, including to publish content you have approved. You are solely responsible for complying with LinkedIn's own terms and policies, and for any consequences LinkedIn applies to your account as a result of your use of the Service.

5. Your content and AI-generated drafts

You retain ownership of the source material, prompts, and content you submit, and of the drafts KirtiFlow generates for you. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated draft or media before approving it for publishing — content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose, and KirtiFlow does not verify factual claims on your behalf. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your source material and to publish the resulting content, and that it will not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or the rights of any third party;
• publish spam, deceptive, defamatory, or harassing content;
• circumvent LinkedIn's terms, rate limits, or automation restrictions;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's operation or security; or
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

7. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and grant a set number of credits per billing period; unused credits do not carry over to the next period. You may also purchase one-time credit top-ups, which do not expire and are drawn down after your plan's period credits. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record, which handles applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

8. Intellectual property

KirtiFlow and its licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any right to use KirtiFlow's trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive (including billing, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or achieve any particular result on LinkedIn.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KirtiFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which KirtiFlow is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service or applicable law changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
